We host a small number of guests at a time in a single private villa. Every bedroom is a private suite with its own bathroom, so nobody has to negotiate for quiet. The shared spaces do the opposite work: an open-plan living area, a covered terrace and garden, and a heated jacuzzi pool beside them.
Three spaces are set aside for the clinical and somatic work. A medical treatment room, where the physician team runs evaluations and daily check-ins. A yoga and meditation space for morning movement and breathwork. And a dedicated sound therapy room, built for it rather than borrowed for it. Physicians and nursing staff are on-site 24 hours a day for the length of your stay.
The rest is logistics you should not have to think about. Meals are prepared on site by our chef from fresh local ingredients. Private transportation is arranged for your arrival, your departure and sessions away from the villa, and a concierge handles the details in between. Air conditioning runs throughout the house, and the WiFi is fast enough to stay reachable if you need to be.

Cozumel sits on one of the clearest reef systems in the world, and the villa faces it. Guided snorkeling and ocean immersion sessions are led by a psychologist who is also a certified dive instructor. No experience is needed.
The island
San Miguel de Cozumel is a small, quiet island town in Quintana Roo. It is easy to move around, and guests who want to see more of it can join island nature excursions with the team.
Getting here
Most guests fly into Cancun International Airport, take a short shuttle to Playa del Carmen and a 45-minute ferry across. Direct flights to Cozumel run from several US cities. We arrange private transfers and send full travel guidance after booking.
